Griffith University has been awarded six Australian Research Council Linkage Project grants worth more than $1.3 million for a variety of research studies.

Associate Professor Keith Townsend, Dr Rebecca Loudoun and Professor Adrian Wilkinson were awarded $186,000 for their project Improving People Management Systems in Emergency Services. The project will be undertaken in partnership with United Voice Queensland, United Voice Northern Territory and the Ambulance Employees’ Association of South Australia. …

Griffith University has achieved its best ever result in the annual QS World University Subject Rankings, firmly illustrating its strength across disciplines.

Griffith University – Researchers Showcase Malaria Vaccine Project

Griffith University’s Institute for Glycomics will open its doors to the public to showcase to the community its malaria vaccine project.

The malaria vaccine research team, led by Professor Michael Good, have just finished clinical trials conducted at Griffith’s Gold Coast campus this year and have been working closely with expert infectious disease clinicians at Gold Coast University Hospital.

This is the second round of clinical trials to be conducted by the Institute for Glycomics to examine malaria vaccine strategies in humans. …

Law careers are one step closer for three Griffith Law School graduates who have been awarded positions with a prestigious Brisbane law firm’s graduate program.
