Western Sydney University’s scientific research performance has outranked some of the most prestigious universities within Australia and internationally, following the release of the latest Leiden rankings.

Thousands of new University of Western Sydney students are collecting their free iPads as part of the University’s program to bring knowledge to life for students wherever and whenever they need it.

Over several days in December and January more than 10,000 iPads will be distributed to new first-year undergraduate students at ‘Connect & Collect’ events on the UWS Parramatta campus.

A University of Western Sydney graduate will feature as one of only ten contestants on the latest cooking competition, The Great Australian Bake Off.

Since submitting his application for the show, Brendan Garlick has graduated from the University’s Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Advanced Business Leadership).

University of Sydney’s application deadline has now passed for Sydney’s Medical School.

Some KOM universities are still accepting applications into Australian Medical Schools in Australia for this upcoming February 2014 intake.

James Cook University offers an undergraduate MBBS program which is six years in length.  You can hold a high school diploma and/or university degree to apply.  The application deadline is August 31st for the February 2014 intake.
