Bond Law students Justina Sebastiampillai and Jeremy Butcher have cemented Bond’s position as world champions of the Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) Wanhuida Cup Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition with a victory at the 2016 event. This is the fifth time Bond has won the moot.

The BFSU Wanhuida Cup Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition, which is held annually in Beijing, is an English-language moot competition. The moot focuses on real-life intellectual property issues similar to some that have arisen in the Chinese business sector. …

University of Adelaide is pleased to offer the 2013 LAW ACHIEVERS SCHOLARSHIPS for Canadian students. 

The Law Achievers Scholarships are available to Canadian students who are seeking entry into the Bachelor of Laws.

The Faculty will grant up to Ten Scholarships of $5000 each to applicants commencing in the Bachelor of Laws. The Scholarships will be awarded in order of merit. The Scholarship provides a one-off, non-renewable payment for living allowances only and will be paid to the Scholarship recipient upon their arrival in Adelaide. …

The National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) has approved Bond’s new elective, Foundations of Canadian Law, as meeting its requirements for this subject.

This means that Bond now has NCA approval for all four Canadian-law subjects which the NCA requires of most graduates: Constitutional Law; Criminal Law and Procedure; Principles of Administrative Law and Foundations of Canadian Law.
