Bond has strong links with Canada and has been training Canadian lawyers for over 20 years. The Faculty of Law at Bond University has recently approved the introduction of a new law stream/specialization for students in the JD and LLB programs – Canadian Law and Legal Systems.

Students will be eligible to receive a stream certificate at graduation if they have completed at least four subjects from the Canadian law electives on offer within the Faculty.

This includes four Canadian specific subjects:

• Foundations of Canadian Law
• Canadian Constitutional Law
• Canadian Administrative Law
• Canadian Criminal Law and Procedure
