In Ontario, ORPAS Offers of Admission for Speech Pathology programs first round drafts went out to applicants mid April and students have now secured their spots for September 2013.

Did you know that there are only two schools that offer Speech-Language Pathology programs in Ontario? 
University of Toronto and Western Ontario

Here are some stats from OUAC:

2004:  489 students applied to the above two Speech Pathology programs.  Only 69 where accepted.

2012:  679 student applied to the above two Speech Pathology programs.  Only 87 were accepted.

In eight years, there is an increase of 18 spots available between both universities.  Chances of getting into a Speech Pathology program in Ontario is becoming more difficult.
