Curtin University provides world-class education to over 46,000 students on nine campuses around the world. Our main
campus is located in Perth, Australia and is the largest university in Western Australia. Currently ranked in the

Curtin has more than 12, 000 alumni in Singapore, providing a valuable professional network
for our graduates. Edmund Seng, President of Curtin University Singapore Chapter, is currently the managing partner
of HRM3 Asia. Edmund graduated from Curtin with a Master of Commerce (Economics and Marketing) and Master in
Electronic Commerce.

researchers have found children who spend a lot of time watching television, have poorer and weaker bones in young adulthood which could significantly impact their health in later life.

Lead researcher Dr Joanne McVeigh, Curtin’s School of Occupational Therapy and Social Work, said the study examined the TV viewing habits of 1,181 young adults over their childhood and adolescence years and related these to how strong their bones were at age 20. …
