Veterinary Science programs are undergraduate qualifications, usually five years in length. Students may enter directly from high school or from university.

KOM Consultants’ Veterinary Science programs are offered at three of our partner schools. The University of Sydney is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). AVMA accreditation will ease the process of re-entry back to Canada and the United States.

Some Veterinary Science programs may require supplementary applications with mandatory fees when applying.  It is the student’s responsibility to contact their local credentialing body for re-entry pathways.

Regulatory authority for veterinary practice is a provincial responsibility in Canada.  Specific requirements differ from province to province.  For further information refer to the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association.
