Griffith University Articulation partnerships with Canadian Community Colleges

Since its introduction through KOM Consultants in 2005, thousands of Canadian college students have utilized Griffith’s University Transfer agreements to “top-up” their diploma and/or applied degree in Australia at Griffith University.

Canadian Transfer Pathways

Griffith University in Australia grants some of the highest transfer credits to Canadian College graduates. Community College Diploma holders can transfer into a relevant Bachelor’s Degree at Griffith University in Australia in as little as 1 year. Graduates of Canadian Applied Degrees are eligible to apply for direct entry into Griffith’s Masters programs, which are 1.5 years in length.

Griffith’s long history and strong partnerships in Canada mean they are able to offer more generous credit arrangements than most other Australian and Canadian Universities. This allows Canadian College students to graduate sooner putting them in the work force earlier generating money.

After doing a cost analysis between Canadian University options and Griffith University, students realize that in many cases degree pathways at Griffith University are comparable in cost to longer drawn out pathway at a Canadian institutions. Even though annual tuition costs are higher at Griffith, the amount of time required to complete your qualification is much less. What this means to you is earlier graduation from university. In many cases, three year advance diploma graduates can complete an undergraduate degree in as little as one academic year. Two year general diploma graduates can obtain a degree in as little as three semesters.
